How can I connect to Publicroam?
There are three ways to create an account (you only need to do this once):
Via the app (recommended)
Download the Publicroam app in the App Store or Google Play. Your smartphone will connect to Publicroam automatically. For other devices, log in using the credentials from the app (under Menu → My account → Credentials).
Via the website
Request an account via the registration page. You will receive an SMS with login details. Then, manually register your devices for wifi.
Via SMS
Send an SMS with publicroam to 0970 10 260 261 (or with country code: +31 970 10 260 261). You will receive an SMS with login details.
Is my data safe with Publicroam?
Yes. Publicroam is designed with privacy and security as a starting point.
- Your data is sent and stored in encrypted form.
- Publicroam helps prevent connections to fake wifi networks.
- We only collect data that is necessary to make the service work properly.
- Personal data is not sold to third parties.

How can my organization offer Publicroam on our wifi network?
Organizations can easily add Publicroam to their existing wifi network. On the participation website ↗ you will find all information about the possibilities, technical requirements, and the registration process.
